Responsible for managing and growing all official Babspay Telecom social media platforms and online communities, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X and other platforms assigned by management. Create and publish engaging promotional content, campaigns, graphics, videos and product updates. Promote Babspay products and services, generate new customers and drive transactions through assigned referral links. Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries professionally and promptly. Monitor social media engagement, identify marketing opportunities, follow up with potential customers, recruit new users and agents, and maintain positive brand representation across all platforms. Track and report marketing performance, including reach, leads, registrations, active users, transactions and revenue generated through assigned referral links. Work independently in a remote environment and meet monthly marketing and sales targets. Perform other marketing, sales and digital promotion duties assigned by management.

Minimum of SSCE/OND/NCE; HND or Bachelor's degree is an advantage. Proven experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media management, sales or customer acquisition. Must be highly active and knowledgeable on major social media platforms. Excellent communication, writing, persuasion and customer service skills. Ability to create engaging social media content, captions, promotional campaigns and basic graphics/videos. Ability to manage multiple Babspay social media accounts professionally. Must be target-driven, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently remotely. Basic computer, smartphone and internet skills required. Ability to track referral links, leads, registrations, transactions and marketing results. Willingness to learn Babspay products and services and actively promote them. Previous experience in fintech, telecoms, VTU or digital services is an advantage.
